This document describes the intended behaviour of the product and has not yet been reviewed by legal counsel. It must be replaced with a reviewed policy naming the operating entity before commercial launch.
What the platform stores
Accounts and workspaces, documents uploaded as chatbot knowledge, conversation transcripts, captured leads, and model provider credentials. Credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage and are never returned to the browser after saving. Customer content is not used to train any model.
Retention and deletion
Each workspace configures its own retention period for conversations. Workspace data can be exported or deleted at any time from the dashboard, and deleting a workspace removes its documents, indexed passages, conversations, and leads.
