Use of the service
You are responsible for the model provider API keys you connect, the content you upload as chatbot knowledge, the instructions you configure, and your use of the connected providers under their respective terms.
Availability and limits
Plan limits on chatbots, monthly messages, knowledge sources, file size, and team members are enforced per workspace and shown in the dashboard. Model usage is billed to you directly by the provider whose key you connect.
